Kathie joined Screenvision as the Chief Human Resources Officer in 2016 after working in both large, structured organizations as well as smaller, more entrepreneurial environments.  Her career has spanned across multiple industries including technology, publishing, digital media, entertainment and financial services.  Most recently, Kathie was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources & Business Operations at Everyday Health, a leading digital media company.  Kathie joined there after serving as the Head of Human Resources for MyPublisher, a premier internet retailer of personalized photo applications.  Kathie gained her experience in the entertainment industry by establishing the HR infrastructure for The Weinstein Company when it was newly created.  Her earlier HR career included both publishing and media at PRIMEDIA after working at Citicorp for over a decade in roles of progressive responsibility.

Kathie serves as a key member of the Screenvision leadership team, lending her diverse perspective and varied experiences to contribute greatly to Screenvision’s ongoing success.
