SCREENVISION LAUNCHES EXCLUSIVE 2008 MTV MOVIE AWARDS IN-THEATRE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

Screenvision, a leader in cinema advertising, and MTV will team up for a comprehensive in-cinema program to promote the 2008 MTV Movie Awards. Screenvision’s vast theater network will be the exclusive incinema home for the campaign which is highlighted by an original branded content segment featuring the 2008 MTV Movie Awards. The segment, which will be featured within Screenvision’s digital preshow, marks the first time MTV has created original content for the cinema arena. The 2008 MTV Movie Awards in-theater campaign will launch across Screenvision’s cinema advertising network on May 9th. The 2008 MTV Movie Awards will be broadcast live on June 1 at 8pm/7c.
Screenvision’s cinema advertising network is comprised of more than 14,000 screens across 2,300 theatres nationwide and reaches 92% of U.S. DMAs. Screenvision produces the only host-format entertainment preshow in the cinema advertising industry, which airs across Screenvision’s High Definition digital network of approximately 7,000 screens.
