Malinowski to Lead Talent Development Amid Rapid Cinema Advertising Growth

New York, N.Y., September 15, 2016 — Screenvision Media, a national cinema advertising leader, today announced the hire of Kathie Malinowski as Chief Human Resources Officer. Within her role, Malinowski will lead the recruiting and development of new and existing talent at Screenvision Media. Her addition to the company comes at a time of robust cinema advertising growth, for which the company is eager to optimize its talent acquisition practices in order to maximize value for its advertisers and exhibitor partners.

Prior to joining Screenvision Media, Malinowski was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Everyday Health Inc., a leading digital media company, where she led and managed the Human Resources Business Operations function for three years. Her previous experience includes positions at MyPublisher (acquired by Shutterfly), The Weinstein Company and Primedia Inc.

“I have been working in Human Resources and Business Operations roles for more than 30 years, and know what it takes to lead and build successful teams, drive high performance and deliver business results,” said Malinowski. “I’m looking forward to cultivating the solid team Screenvision Media already has in place while also harnessing new talent as the company continues to optimize services offered to its affiliates and advertisers.”

“Kathie brings to Screenvision Media unique human resources and business solutions experience and a passion for talent acquisition, retention and development,” said Kevin Neary, Chief Financial Officer, Screenvision Media. “As the company continues to evolve into a more complete media company during a time of incredible growth, we’re really excited to have Kathie lead the charge in meeting our human resources needs.”
