SCREENVISION NETWORK EXPANDS REACH TO NEARLY 50 PERCENT MARKET SHARE WITH ADDITION OF MARCUS THEATRES®

New York City, NY – (March 9, 2009)

Long Term Deal With 7th Largest Exhibitor Drives Screenvision Network to More than 15,300 Screens Nationwide

Screenvision, the leading innovator in cinema advertising, has forged a deal with Marcus Theatres®, significantly expanding its Network with an addition of 675 screens. This agreement, including newly finalized deals with United Entertainment Corporation and Studio Movie Grill, highlight Screenvision’s 2009 network growth.

“These deals open new revenue streams and demonstrate Screenvision’s leadership in the cinema industry,” said Matthew Kearney, President and CEO of Screenvision. “By continuing to grow the Screenvision Network we deliver on our promises to our exhibitor partners, marketers and moviegoers. We continue to remain at the forefront of digital cinema advertising maximizing new revenue opportunities for our exhibitor partners, presenting marketers with engaging advertising opportunities and providing moviegoers with wonderfully entertaining content.”

The agreement with Marcus Theatres, the nation’s 7th largest exhibitor, increases Screenvision’s on-screen advertising network to more than 15,300 – giving the company 48% market share of the industry, and enhancing its position as the only national cinema advertising network covering 194 DMAs, with a 92% penetration. Under the terms of the deal, Screenvision will have exclusive local, regional and national selling rights to the entire on-screen pre-show. Screenvision will also provide the necessary digital technology and equipment for all Marcus Theatre screens. Marcus Theatres owns or operates 55 locations with a major presence in two of the top DMAs — Chicago and Minneapolis. Marcus Theatres had previously been represented by NCM for national sales.

Bruce Olson, President, Marcus Theatres added, “Screenvision provides an excellent preshow program that audiences will enjoy. They have a pulse on what consumers want and have been creating exciting new platforms that allow advertisers to present an entirely integrated theatre experience for moviegoers. We look forward to a fruitful relationship with Screenvision as our exclusive cinema advertising vendor. We feel Screenvision’s experienced and innovative team will help us drive increased ad revenue as well as provide additional entertainment to the moviegoing experience. They have a superb sales force, technological expertise, entertaining programming and a very flexible approach to meet our needs.”

“Marcus Theatres will join Screenvision’s roster of growing national exhibitor partners that have seen tremendous revenue enhancements through our digital network and entertainment pre-show,” said Darryl Schaffer, Executive Vice President, Exhibitor Relations, Screenvision. “Marcus Theatres will benefit from our advertising innovations that offer marketers true cutting-edge digital solutions both on screen and in their lobby environments.”

In addition to Marcus Theatres, Screenvision has also added two other exhibitors with strength in top DMAs, United Entertainment Corporation (UEC) and Studio Movie Grill. Under the Premiere Theatres moniker, UEC operates more than 100 screens, including a presence in two of the top 25 DMAs – Cleveland and Indianapolis. Studio Movie Grill, the cinema-eatery, operates 46 screens in two of the top 10 DMAs – Dallas and Houston. In addition, Screenvision recently announced a new long term deal with Rave Motion Pictures last week.
