He has led Screenvision Media through successive record years of revenue and profit growth from 2016-2019. Under his leadership he successfully navigated the company through the global pandemic challenges of 2020-2022, innovating and effectively positioning the company for future growth and vitality. His 30+ year career has spanned across digital, media, and advertising sectors — he’s held varied, and increasingly senior leadership roles including CEO of Olson Group, the third largest independent diversified advertising agency in the US, Chief Operating Officer of Dentsu Network Americas, President, Global Media Sales of Clear Channel Communications, and President, Global Media Group of Time Warner. Prior to his media sector experience, Mr. Partilla spent 17 years on the agency side of the business, rising to Managing Partner of Young and Rubicam. Michael was born and raised in New York City. He took his city sensibilities and attitude to the University of Wisconsin where he mellowed, a little; and became a Badger fanatic, learning that it was ok to root for a team besides the Yankees, so long as it is in another sport. He also began to sometimes over-pronounce the letter “C”, WisConsin, it is like a person visiting England who begins to speak with a British accent, and there is no cure.
Michael joined Screenvision in 2007 and held various roles in the finance department before taking over the team in 2015 as the SVP. He oversees the day-to-day financial operation and is responsible for financial reporting, forecasting and budgets, the monthly close process and annual audit. Prior to joining Screenvision, he worked with a Lehman Brothers backed investment group focused on acquiring and managing film production facilities across the U.S. including The Culver Studios in Los Angeles.
Michael has an MBA from Fordham University and a BS in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin. He lives in New York City, of course, with his wife and 2 children.

Kristen grew up wanting to write movies and is thrilled to be in a career where she gets to talk about them daily. She started at Screenvision Media over 10 years ago working in Operations. Her desire to learn more about the Sales side of the company led to her becoming the SVP of Sales Planning.
As much as she enjoys crunching numbers all day, what she really loves about her job is working with her amazing team – and catching up with them every morning over iced green teas at The Coffee Bean.
Outside of work Kristen is an avid sports fan. Depending on the time of year she is crying over either the Mets or Jets. Kristen’s love of sports and romantic comedies puts Fever Pitch at the top of her list of favorite movies and she is only slightly ashamed to admit it. Kristen graduated from Ithaca College with a degree in Communications and Advertising and loves to tell people she actually works in the profession she studied.
